PAW First
(Putting Animal Welfare First)
Ponca City
We are devoted to the rescue and
placement of abused, unwanted and
abandoned companion animals.

We never discriminate on the
basis of breed.

We involve the community while working
to raise the public's awareness of the plight
of homeless animals and the benefits of
adopting an animal in need.

We make sure all our animals are
examined, vaccinated, spayed or neutered
and receive any and all medical treatment
before they are placed in

carefully screened permanent homes.
United Yorkie Rescue, Inc.
was founded on August 5, 2002,
by a group of loyal and hard-working
rescue friends.
We consolidated our efforts and talents
to form a family dedicated to the rescue and
well being of the Yorkshire Terrier.
We have pledged to rescue all Yorkies and
Yorkie mixes in need regardless of
size, age, or health condition.
In addition, we are devoted to providing
love, nourishment, rehabilitation, socialization,
and "pawesome" forever homes!!

Creature Concerns, Inc.
Oklahoma and South Central Kansas
We are a non-profit animal shelter
We are basically no-kill,
we do not euthanize adoptable animals.
We will soon have our
501c3 paperwork back!
We have adopted out 856 animals
since 2006.
Our shelter is not open to the public,
because most of our animals are fostered
out through private homes.
