| The purpose of RPAW is to rescue companion animals and find appropriate homes for them. We educate companion animal owners on responsible pet ownership, including, but not limited to training, spaying and neutering, animal behavior, and human animal bonding. We provide an alternative avenue for pet owners to find new homes for their companion animals. Since we value our foster animals very much and want to see them go to the very best homes possible, we need to meet you in person. We need to see how you and your potential forever companion interact with each other. |

| Rescued Tails Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing, caring for and placing homeless animals. We promote positive people / animal relationships through our adoption and educational programs advocating humane treatment of all animals, including the importance of spaying and neutering. Some of the animals that come to us are older, sick or have suffered from severe neglect or cruelty. We value the life of each companion animal and provide a permanent safe haven for animals as needed At the sanctuary we work to rehabilitate companion animals that need additional training and time and then attempt to place them in appropriate homes. If we should ever place an animal that is not succeeding in a home environment then we will gladly take them into our hearts and care for them here at the sanctuary. Our sanctuary is located in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, and most of our foster homes are located in the Twin Cities Metro area of Minnesota. |
